Introduction
The BD sensor is a distance sensor that can be used with a 3D printer for real-time rapid bed leveling and Z-axis adjustment.
Installation Guide
BDsensor-m can be directly connected using the motherboard's EXP1 and BL-TOUCH* interfaces.
Using Klipper
Connecting the sensor cable to the EXP1 port on the mainboard
Marlin Usage
Connect the sensor cable to the EXP1 interface on the mainboard
Klipper Auto Z-OFFSET
This feature requires the BD sensor firmware version (you can get this version by sending M102 S-1, not the hardware version on the sensor) to be greater than V1.2b (i.e., V1.2c and above) or a version purchased after March 2024, otherwise you need to use an external hardware tool (such as STlink) to flash the firmware into the BD sensor.
