Troubleshooting
Common Issues
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot see Wi-Fi list | 1. Module not properly connected 2. Router too far away 3. Driver incompatible | 1. Check module connection 2. Move closer to router 3. Try another compatible module |
| Connection failed | 1. Incorrect password 2. Router restrictions 3. Band mismatch | 1. Confirm password is correct 2. Check router MAC filtering 3. Try 2.4G band |
| Cannot obtain IP | 1. DHCP service abnormal 2. Signal too weak | 1. Restart router 2. Use static IP configuration |
Unable to activate connection
- The error below indicates that during system startup, insufficient power supply caused the file system expansion to fail
- You need to reflash the system and ensure the power adapter can provide at least 5V-2A
